This is why we’ve decided to partner with Exodus, so we can offer their travellers the flexibility to reach their destinations, in an easy, environmentally friendly and flight-free way.
Slow travel allows you to add another level of adventure to your trip. Skip long airport security queues and passport control lines for the joy of travelling through some of Europe’s most scenic landscapes at a leisurely pace. When it comes to train travel, it’s not the destination it’s the journey – all you need to do is sit back, relax and soak in the views. You can even schedule a pit stop in idyllic towns or coastal villages to extend your trip.
Travelling by train is also one of the most environmentally friendly modes of transport. For example, on your way to the Amalfi Coast, you could enjoy a night’s stopover in the beautiful cities of Paris and Naples. Deciding to take the train from London to Naples (one way) produces only 10.2kg of CO2 compared to 254kg of CO2 if you choose to take a flight in economy class direct from London to Naples.
