You can generally bring as much luggage as you can carry, as long as it fits in the luggage racks or overhead space. On Eurostar, UK and most European trains, the standard allowance is two large bags and one smaller item, provided you can manage them yourself; let us know in advance if you're planning to bring anything oversized. Since you may need to change stations or walk to hotels, packing light makes the journey more comfortable.
Most European train tickets are digital and sent to you by email. A few, including tickets for Spain, Portugal and some EuroCity trains, require paper tickets, which can be mailed to a hotel on your itinerary.

The best time to visit Denmark for warm weather is June to August, when temperatures are mildest and coastal towns are at their liveliest. May and September offer a quieter, cheaper alternative with similar mild conditions and fewer crowds. There are highlights year-round: Sankt Hans brings bonfires and gatherings on Midsummer's Eve in June, Roskilde Festival draws one of Europe's biggest music crowds every summer, and Tivoli Gardens' Christmas market lights up Copenhagen from mid-November.
The best things to do in Denmark include exploring Copenhagen, visiting the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde, and relaxing in the medieval town of Odense.
Exploring Copenhagen's galleries, breweries and canal-side neighbourhoods
Visiting the Viking Ship Museum and cathedral in Roskilde, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
Wandering the medieval streets and sandy beaches of Odense on the island of Funen
Crossing the Øresund Bridge by train between Copenhagen and Malmö
