All of our package holidays are financially protected by ABTA and come with a travel restriction refund guarantee. This means if we can’t operate your holiday due to travel restrictions or disruptions, e.g. due to Covid lockdowns or wars, we’ll refund you, reroute you (if possible) or move your dates for free - whichever you prefer.

If we can still operate your holiday, but you’re unable or unwilling to travel - e.g. due to illness, self-isolation, lack of vaccination or reluctance to undergo necessary testing - our cancellation fees will still apply (to cover the costs of our suppliers). We’ll be as generous as we can be in these circumstances, but please ensure you have travel insurance in place.

Our Covid refund guarantee doesn’t apply to accommodation-only or transport-only bookings; in these cases we will need to pass on any costs from our partners, but we will work hard to minimise these costs for you if necessary.
